@monkee @afelia Das ist praktisch überall so, wo Bürger eine Leistung von staatlicher Seite erwarten.Die andere Richtung funktioniert dagegen immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert.Es scheitert also nicht an der Machbarkeit.

@quincy @lobbycontrol warum auch? gibt ja keinerlei Konsequenzen für diese offensichtliche Korruption und das weder aus rechtsstaatlicher noch aus Wählersicht. <.<
