kann man sich denken, wenn die Kündigung bereits im Vorsatz erwähnt wurde und dann von "Hintergrund" die Rede ist. Aber wie du meinst 🙄

Passt das schon so, wenn auch vielleicht etwas missverständlich. Schließlich bezieht sich "Hintergrund" direkt auf die Kündigung.

So steht es auch in unserer PM.
Beides ist Teil der massiven Einschüchterung gegen die BR-Wahl bei Sixt in SH. Da es hier um Straftatbestände (§ 119 BetrVG) geht, nehmen wir es mit der Wahrheit sehr genau.

Wenn ich nicht alleine so handel, wird es weh tun.

Beispiel sind die (potentiellen) Kunden von Tesla haben lieber woanders gekauft.
