Fwiw I switched to LibreOffice absolutely ages ago and barely noticed any difference. I habitually dual-save documents in odt and docx format, just so I can email to people without having to discuss/explain. Otherwise it's virtually the same. Easier even. I do not miss Microsoft. At all. You don't need it. If you can learn to post on Fedi, you're capable of learning how to use very slightly different word-processing/spreadsheet/presentation software. X
