For those who need to hear this... privacy is built on consent.
The only data you can consent to use is your own.
If you have any data from another person, you do not have permission to use that data in any way you see fit without that individuals ~ explicit ~ consent.
I'm not even talking broadly here about big tech and EULA's, I'm talking fundamentals.
If person A asks you for person B's phone number, you do not give it to them without asking Person B first.
ie consent!
