Sagt mal, ist Element / Matrix seit gestern offline?
So: the matrix.org database secondary lost its FS due to a RAID failure earlier today (11:17 UTC). Then, we lost the primary at 17:26. We're trying to restore the primary DB FS (which could be fastish), while also doing a point-in-time backup restore from last night (which takes >10h).

ob sie software oder hardware raid verwenden haben sie nicht determiniert? -

@pmj steht da nicht, aber ich hoffe mal, dass die bei der Größe und Last nie an ein Software RAID gedacht haben.
naja, btrfs und zfs haben raid auf FS/kernel level, weitaus effizienter und sicherer als hardware, zumindest 1 und 0
aber ich gehe mal davon aus dass die irgend ein hybrides system benutzen, vlt noch ne 5 oder 6 im mix -
