It's everywhere + every HR team send your CV to AI to check if you have qualification and most of the time you must adjust every single CV with descriptions and skills they're looking otherwise your CV might get rejected because doesn't check the keys they're looking for -

@GossiTheDog LinkedIn is horrible for the job search now. I think the tides have turned and not doing any applications directly through it is your best bet.
Going human to human gets you a lot further - feels awkward maybe but emailing old colleagues and friends and asking if they have any leads is well worth doing. Also applying to places where it's via emailing a CV/résumé to a human being.
Finding the jobs is harder without a search engine though ofc...

I mean, I use (preferably local) LLMs pretty much daily but it's like saying I use a compiler daily or reverse engineering software daily. LLMs are just one tool of many, not something magical.
