Gestapo was a relatively small secret police focusing largely on political "enemies of the state".
ICE is a paramilitary organization tasked largely with enforcing the racial policy of the state. And soon it is going to be gigantic, the largest federal "law enforcement" agency in the USA.
ICE is not Gestapo. ICE is the SS.
