American-defaultism in software is so annoying

Our room booking software via Outlook uses US date and time format, so I received an email saying that I booked a desk for 12/03 and both me and my colleague thought that I had accidentally booked a desk for 12 March

But no, I was right, I did book a room for tomorrow, 3 Dec

It's a shame that a small start-up like Microsoft can't afford to localise it's software
