Time for some affirmations:

I am not defined by my fathers failures.

My worth does not depend on anyone else's approval.

I deserve care, love and rest.

I am strong enough to face my fear without letting it rule me.

My creativity and my voice matter.

I am allowed to take up space exactly as I am.

Healing is not linear and I'm still making progress.

I am not burden. I am a person with value.

I can honor my boundaries and still be kind.

I am learning to love myself, even when it feels impossibly hard to do.
