Rm is a deleting command
rm -rf / would forcefully and recursively delete everythingIt's basically "I made the robot unable to physically touch the shredder so it can't destroy every files in the building.

rm -rf /is (though thank you for explaining), I was mostly confused by what kind of box would not allow it to runrm -rf /, while still keep it able to usebash -cunchecked. So I assumed it was referring to some particular stupid "AI" "safety" practice.
I should have been more explicit in expressing my confusion. -
